Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be feisty, fun, and fierce. My classes are tough and creative so you can expect to sweat on the floor as much as you will on the tread. My class will be the hardest and best part of your day. My favorite day of the week is Thursday Abs and Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without sugar, my guilty pleasure is overtraining – guilty of always pushing my body past its limits, and my friends would say I’m rambunctious, fit, friendly, fast, and tired.
