Three words to describe my teaching style would be passionate, STRONG, and motivational. My classes are fun and challenging so you can expect to walk into my class and be empowered to be your best self and leave feeling like a champion! My favorite day of the week is Tuesday – FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is LIT.
On a personal note, I can’t live without manicures and my guilty pleasure is watching National Geographic animal videos. My friends would say I’m would say i am personable, ambitious, honest, determined and vibrant!
