Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be form focused, energetic, and encouraging! My classes are intense, challenging, and FUN so you can expect great music with constantly evolving programming to match. My favorite day of the week is Monday – ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is RnB and throwbacks.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Cobb salads, hands down – they are PERFECT. My guilty pleasure is bingeing SNL reruns. My friends would say I’m extremely empathetic and want clients to leave class feeling stronger than they did before!
