Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be upbeat and motivational. My classes are challenging and feel-good so you can expect weights and bands used to accomplish muscle fatigue. Transitions are smooth and exercises are easy to grasp and produce amazing results. My favorite day of the week is Thursday – ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is 80’s to the hits of today and everything in between.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Pastic fries, Joe’s pizza & Bandol Rosé and my guilty pleasure is Pier. My friends would say I’m fun, funny, loving, caring, knowledgeable, motivational, understanding and a dog lover.
