Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be fun, energetic, and upbeat. My classes are empowering and tough so you can expect my classes to be an all-around good time where I will push you to constantly reach new mile markers every single day. My favorite day of the week is Thursday – ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without The Bachelorette and my guilty pleasure is pizza (can anyone live without pizza?). My friends would say I’m resilient, fun, genuine, a guaranteed good time.
