Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be sassy, motivating, and inclusive. My classes are efficient, and challenging so you can expect a great time!! If it doesn’t make you feel good – what’s the point?! My favorite day of the week is Thursday, Abs and Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is house and hip hop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without a good manicure, my guilty pleasure is sweet potato fries, and my friends would say I’m confident, loyal, and passionate – a true Sagittarius.
