My classes are intense, and I have in-your-face energy. I program with creativity and technicality so you can expect to push your limits and reach your max. My favorite day of the week is Friday – TOTAL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is rap and EDM.
On a personal note, I’m a former Mr. Teen USA, state champion wrestler, football player, and professional dancer – so expect to see some moves in class. My friends would say I’m a bad mutha f****.
