Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be upbeat, energetic, and confidence. My classes are challenging and FUN so you can expect a fun, confidence-boosting, music-based class that will challenge you to find your limits. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday, FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM & HIP HOP.
On a personal note, I can’t live without music! My guilty pleasure is laying on my couch watching reality tv. My friends would say I’m a fun, loyal, adventurous, strong-willed baddie ;).
