About

Get to know me

Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, choreographed, AND fun. My classes are detail oriented, and programmed to the beat of the music, so you can expect to break a sweat and have fun while you do it. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday – TOTAL BODY (LOWER FOCUS), and my playlist genre of choice is totally unique – I mix my own!

On a personal note, I can’t live without cookies n cream, and my friends would say I’m charming, positive, and lively.
