Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, challenging, and inclusive. My classes are vibe-y and intense, so you should expect to discover your new favorite songs on my curated playlists! My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is electronic synth and pop. On a personal note, I can’t live without sparkling water and my guilty pleasure is Popeyes Chicken. My friends would say I am a mix of Keanu Reeves with Powerline from a A Goofy Movie (if you know you know!).
