Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, motivating, and passionate. My classes are challenging and fun, so you should expect to be pushed to your potential while having a blast! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre is hip hop and pop vibes!

On a personal note, I can’t live without my white lab, Jack, and my guilty pleasure is watching the movie Top Gun on repeat. My friends would say I am always happy, love to talk, and down to do anything that involves dogs, outdoors, or the people I love!
