Stacey Matsuda

Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, encouraging, and festive . My classes will make you feel rejuvenated after every workout, and empowered to reach your fitness goals! My favorite day of the week is BARRY’S Thursday Abs & Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM and 80s rock.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee, my guilty pleasure is a healthy dose of daily dessert to satisfy my sweet tooth, and my friends would say I’m the go-to person who’s always down for a fun, new adventure!
