My love for fitness stems from spending my younger years as a gymnast. Even when I worked as Cabin Crew, a set of gym kit was always the first thing to go into my suitcase. I pride myself on smart programming with a combination of well thought out treadmill runs which make my classes challenging but always manageable for all client abilities. My attention to client’s movements has earned me the nickname ‘Form Queen’. And if I’m not behind the mic, you can find me sweating in class next to you, practicing what I preach.
