Down the street from the original location that opened its doors in 1998.
You can book your spot in our classic RUN x LIFT Red Room or in our first permanent RIDE by Barry’s studio on the West Coast. RIDE x LIFT features half interval cardio on an indoor cycling bike, half real heavy weight training on the floor.
