Zoe Williams

Three words to describe my teaching style would be vibrant, playful, and intense. My classes are inspiring, and celebrate each and every win so you can expect to push yourself past your limits without even having to think twice about it. My favorite day of the week is Friday, Total Body, and my playlist genre of choice is a mix of pop, the ’80s, and hip hop. 

My friends would say I’m compassionate, cheerful, and motivating.
