Three words to describe my teaching style would be energizing, confident & intentional. My classes are exhilarating and tough so you can expect to leave feeling like an athlete.My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is RAP/DEEP HOUSE/AFROBEATS.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my laptop and my guilty pleasure is apple crumble & Ruru Baked Ice Cream. My friends would say I’m a guy that does a bit of everything.
