Vanessa Ouellette

Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, instructional, and entertaining My classes are challenging, and fun so you can expect safe and challenging programming that pushes you to your limits while feeling strong and having fun. My favorite day of the week is Friday, Full Body, and my playlist genre of choice is dance, house, and rap. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog, Truckee, my guilty pleasure is Haribo Candy and Hallmark movies, and my friends would say I’m a strong and loyal friend who is a little headstrong and funny too.
