Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, motivating and challenging. My classes are fun and rewarding so you can expect to work hard and feel good! My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop Remix Hits.
On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is to binge watching Netflix. My friends would say I’m fun, outgoing, and sassy.
