Thomas Belliston

Three words to describe my teaching style would be passionate, entertaining, and focused. My classes are intense and effective, so you can expect to be pushed to what you can do, not what you THINK you can do. My favorite day of the week is Friday, Full Body, and my playlist genre of choice is trap and EDM remixes. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without music; my guilty pleasure is pasta. All of the pasta. And my friends would say I’m intensely positive and energetic about everything.
