Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, attentive, & clear. My classes are energetic and bad-ass, so you can expect to feel strong, uplifted, & sexy all while listening to some heavy beat drops 🔥. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my playlist is a mix, but primarily EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without MY PETS (!) and my guilty pleasure is blueberry muffins. My friends would describe me as the “take no shit” friend 🫶.
