I’ve done a lot. I’ve been in dance athletics and dance from a very young age. But you know what my proudest moment was?  Becoming part of the Barry’s team. I fell in love with this workout!

My classes are packed full of energy, bangin’ tunes and good vibes – but don’t expect  an easy ride.

Fun is the top priority, but you must work hard.
You’ll leave class feeling totally and utterly exhausted but buzzing off the endorphin high you only get from Barry’s.
