Three words to describe my teaching style would be stimulating, engaging and charismatic. My classes are rigorous and efficient so you can expect to leave feeling energized, accomplished and motivated for more. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is deep house and banger remixes.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Diet Coke and my guilty pleasure is extra toasty cheez Its. My friends would say I’m charismatic, fun-loving and dependable.
