Get to know me

You will not be bored in my class–creative combos, heavy lifting, and plyometrics. Also, I LOVE a burpee moment. I would describe myself as individualistic, fun, and (a little) competitive. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday–LOWER BODY FOCUS. On my playlist, you will find everything from Fleetwood Mac to Drake to Flume. Work hard so you can play hard!
