Three words to describe my teaching style would be functional, motivational and playful! My classes are empowering and transformative so you can expect high-energy, personalized workouts where hard work feels like a celebration! My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is a mix of upbeat pop and hip hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without In-n-Out Burger and my guilty pleasure is Reality TV and beer indulgence. My friends would say I’m humorous, lively, quick-witted, dependable, and fun-loving!
