Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be adaptive, intentional, and passionate.
My classes are effervescent, motivational, and powerful so you can expect 50 minutes of sweating, intentional programming, and stellar music. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday, and my playlist genre of choice is House Remixes.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Trader Joe’s and my guilty pleasure is listening to Dua Lipa.
My friends would describe me as gregarious, thoughtful, and honestly a little silly.
