Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, authentic and motivational. My classes are challenging and fun so you can expect to be so enthralled by the music that you *almost* forget how hard you’re working. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is House, EDM, Pop/Hip Hop Remixes.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog, Luna and my guilty pleasure is Cool Ranch Doritos (Blue Bag, duh). My friends would say I’m empathetic, thoughtful, detailed and obsessed with my dog.
