Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, creative, and intense. My classes are challenging, and full of variety so you can expect classes that are designed to be fun, interesting, fast-paced, and full of personality. My favorite day of the week is Sunday, Full Body, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog, my guilty pleasure is protein peanut butter, and my friends would say I’m an outgoing, respectful, diligent, and compassionate man that knows how to have good, clean fun!
