Three words to describe my teaching style would be compassionate, engaged, and Flavor-Flav. My classes are challenging and motivating so you can expect sinisterly challenging programming. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday, FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is EDM/Hip-Hop/Soul. CANT CHOOSE ONE!
On a personal note, I can’t live without my natural born Dog-Son, Buddy. My guilty pleasure is strawberry mochi – on my life. My friends would say I’m a goofy, caring, entrepreneur who talks to strangers too much.
