Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, fun, and welcoming. My classes are high-energy, so you can expect class to get loud, hot, and sweaty. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM and Remixes of old faves + new hits.

On a personal note, I can’t live without sweat treats, my guilty pleasure is ice cream. My friends would describe me as passionate. They’d say I’m sassy a lot of the time, but can sweet, and most importantly silly.
