My name is Sarah, which turns out to be a really popular name for Barry’s trainers… hense Robbo was born (my surname is Robinson). I am originally a dancer, and I like to keep that super fun but hard–working energy in my classes. The dedication of a dancer is strong, and I am bringing that dedication to the Red Room to inspire and motivate YOU to be the best you can be.
Inspiration
When I see clients walk into the Red Room with positive changes in their bodies as well as their excited attitude toward the workout.
