Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, fun, & sassy. My classes are intense & captivating so you can expect to have fun and push to new limits! My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without dogs and my guilty pleasure is ice cream. My friends would say I’m an energizer bunny.
