Get to know me
Originally from Michigan, I fell in love with running and fitness at age 9. I went on to pursue collegiate track and cross country. I studied exercise science and nutrition at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and earned my Master’s degree at the University of Miami.
The first time I stepped into a Barry’s class I felt the same rush I got while competing and knew I needed to be part of the Barry’s family!
What can you expect from my class? You’ll walk out of the Red Room stronger than you entered. Let me bring out the athlete in you while I push and motivate you to reach your goals!
