Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be direct, fun, and hard. My classes are loud and intense so you can expect the music to turn all the way up to soundtrack challenging runs and complete exhaustion. My favorite day of the week is Friday, Full Body, and my playlist genre of choice is rap, EDM, a little pop, and every once and a while…rock.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my pups, my guilty pleasure is donuts and vegan burgers, and my friends would say I’m a dog lovin, anime watchin’, workout-addicted, film-obsessed dude.
