Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be passionate, open-minded, and friendly. My classes are welcoming, entertaining, and transformative so you can expect muscle failure from laughing so hard and demanding programming with love! My favorite day of the week is Monday, ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is Throwback HipHop/Pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without music and my guilty pleasure is reality television and I’m ashamed about it. My friends would say I’m the life of the party always cracking jokes with a warm hug!
