Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be stimulating, entertaining, and relatable. My classes are welcoming and rewarding, so you can expect to have fun and push to places you’ve never been without even realizing. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is pop music.
On a personal note, I can’t live without the ocean and my guilty pleasure is Van Leeuwin. My friends would describe me as gregarious, adventurous, unifier, planner, leader, persistent, and a risk taker.
