René grew up playing team sports, and there, learned that people can achieve great things when they are working towards a common goal. His goal is to grow with you and the Barry´s Fit Fam. His workouts are challenging, fun, and he brings you the best beats in town.   

René’s inspiration is that moment when you are facing your limits but accepting the challenge to hit that plus button going outside your comfort zone.
