Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, fun, and welcoming. My classes are thoughtful and motivating so you can expect a challenging, results driven programming set to a bumping playlist. Everyone will walk out feeling successful and energized. My favorite day of the week is Sunday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Top 40 remixes and EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Coffee and my guilty pleasure is Reality tv. My friends would say I’m upbeat, genuine and caring.
