Three words to describe my teaching style would be intense, empowering, and fun! In my classes WE GRIND! You can expect to leave it all in the Red Room. My favorite day of the week is Sunday, FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Chipotle and my guilty pleasure is moose tracks. My friends would say I’m chill, laid back but always doing something.
