Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be electric, effective, and entertaining. My classes are challenging and uplifting, so you can expect to be consistently challenged and always learning something new. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, Chest, Back, and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is beats and bangerz.
On a personal note, I can’t live without music, my guilty pleasure is Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter Ice Cream, and my friends would say I’m the first to a dance floor and always fun to be around.
