Three words to describe my teaching style would be inspiring, passionate and authentic. My classes are rewarding and.  effective so you can expect to leave feeling stronger and ready for the day. My favorite day of the week is Sunday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is House.

On a personal note, I can’t live without the beach and my guilty pleasure is diet coke. My friends would say I’m a strong, loyal, kind, helpful, and easily irritable friend.
