Noah Simpson

Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, smooth and encouraging. My classes are athletic and fun so you can expect a hard workout with killer vibes & energy! My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip-hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is middle of the day naps. My friends would say I’m really kind, with a dose of attitude.
