Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be inspirational, euphoric, and motivating. My classes are revitalizing & uplifting so you can expect to be fully supported with challenging yourself in new ways. You are your ONLY competition and with every workout, my goal is to empower clients to tap into their inner strength in and out of the Red Room. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday – FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop and Pop mixes with a fire beat!.
On a personal note, I can’t live without ;aughing, it’s literally my favorite 🙂 and my guilty pleasure is BUFFALO WINGS w/ Blue Cheese (the blue cheese is a must). My friends would say I’m a walking ray of sunshine that lights up by reminding anyone around me that they are also rays of sunshine.
