Three words to describe my teaching style would be Encouraging! Motivating! Fun! My classes are challenging but doable 😉 so you can expect loud and fun music along with a carefully crafted workout! My favorite day of the week is Monday, ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is a mix of pop, hip hop, and R&B.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog, Kobe! My guilty pleasure is doughnuts and a peach vibe celsius :). My friends would say I’m funny, caring, athletic, and chill.
