Three words to describe my teaching style would be informative, energetic, and inclusive. My classes are evidence-based and challenging so you can expect to be pushed to your limits. My favorite day of the week is BARRY’S Abs & Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is pop hits & remixes.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Skittles, my guilty pleasure is watching 90 Day Fiance, and my friends would say I’m outgoing, passionate, adventurous, and loyal.
