Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be inspirational, intentional, and fun. My classes are effective and challenging with a motivating playlist, so you can expect to feel strong, empowered, and capable of taking on any challenge that comes your way. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee, and my guilty pleasure is a spontaneous weekend trip with friends. My friends would say that I go all in. I’m dynamic but always true to myself, always down for a good time whether it’s a night out or a chill night in. You can find me either laughing my a** off with my friends or in a deep convo – there’s no in-between!
