Three words to describe my teaching style would be technical, effective and fun. My classes are dynamic and fun, so you can expect total muscle burnout, efficient programming so you can get the most out of your 50 minutes, with high fives and good vibes! My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is electronic, with some nostalgic remixes in there. .

On a personal note, I can’t live without my pup and my guilty pleasure is coffee, all dressed crispers, diet coke, and nibs 🫠. My friends would describe me as funny, spontaneous, independent and the one you can call if you need to be bailed out.
