Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, energetic and strong. My classes are spicy and athletic so you can expect heavy lifting, tread mileage with dynamic speed and powerhouse beats. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip hop and bangers.
On a personal note, I can’t live without a 25 min nap and my guilty pleasure is nerds gummy clusters – try them trust me. My friends would say I radiate positivity and I’m too goofy for my own good.
