Get to know me
When I discovered I probably wouldn’t realize my childhood dream of becoming a Power Ranger, I joined the creative team for the Beijing Olympics and later joined Cirque Du Soleil as a performer. Later on, I continued my super hero pursuits and became a parkour and fitness instructor; leveraging the knowledge I gained from my training to help others achieve their goals. My instructional style is focused and clear — coaching through visuals and providing analogies to assist in executing correct form.
