Matt Conrad

Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, sassy, and fun. My classes are challenging, and well-programmed so you can expect a strategic program that’s challenging, realistic, and sure to give you the best results. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, Abs and Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is pop remixes and throwbacks (read: a gay circuit party, if you will). 

On a personal note, I can’t live without dessert, my guilty pleasure is popcorn and Cherry Coke at the movies, and my friends would say I’m outspoken, sarcastic, and fun, but always a good listener.
