Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be grounding, challenging and encouraging. My classes are humbling and collected so you can expect to think outside of the box while staying on brand. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop/ Alt Punk Rock.
On a personal note, I can’t live without meditation and my guilty pleasure is French-Fries. My friends would say I’m a multifaceted, ultimate hype man.
